1. What questions should I ask on Anketa?
When making polls, think of them as conversations, not history exams. No right or wrong answers—just what people think. Yes! 

3. How do I post a poll on Anketa?

1. Tap the “+” button on the main screen.
2. Select a poll type: Poll, Ranking, Two-sided, Open, or Survey.
3. Follow the steps to build your poll.
4. Tap Next (top right corner).
5. Tap Share—you're done!

4. Can I edit my poll after posting?
No, once posted, polls cannot be edited. Deleting a poll is irreversible.

5. Can I restore a deleted poll?
No, deleted polls cannot be recovered.

Privacy & Anonymity

6. Is my vote anonymous?
Yes! Your vote is confidential. Creators only see the tally, not individual voters. Some demographic data may be included in overall results (e.g., age, income) but is never linked to your identity.

7. Can I reveal my vote in the comments?
Yes! It’s your choice to share your vote. If you want to spark a discussion, feel free to comment.

8. If I post a poll anonymously, is my profile hidden?
Yes! Anonymous polls are not linked to your profile.

9. Who can see my polls?
By default, polls are public. You can create private polls for selected followers or circles.

10. Who can see my votes?
You control this in Profile settings → Privacy settings → "Who can see my votes." Others can see which polls you voted on but not how you voted.

Voting & Participation

11. Why can’t I vote in a poll?

• Ensure you're logged in.
• Polls have an active voting period—if it's closed, you can’t vote.

12. Why can’t I create a poll?

• Ensure you're logged in.
• Registration is required to create polls.

13. Why can’t I leave a comment under a poll?

• Ensure you're logged in.
• Comments are only available to registered users.

14. Can I comment after a poll is closed?
Yes! You can still engage in discussions on closed polls.

Messaging & Account Issues

15. Why can't I send messages in the chat?

• Ensure you're logged in.
• If you’re messaging someone new, they must approve the request.

16. How do I delete my Anketa account?

1. Go to Profile page → Settings (top right corner).
2. Enter your PIN if required.
3. Navigate to ‘Personal Info.’
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
   Consider carefully before deleting—we’ll miss you!

17. My Anketa account was hacked! What should I do?

1. Go to the Login screen.
2. Tap Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email and reset your password.
4. If the issue persists, contact support: support@Anketa.com

Business & Sponsored Polls

18. What is a sponsored poll/survey?
A questionnaire backed by a sponsor (company/organization) to promote products, services, or missions. Participants may receive incentives like special offers, prizes, or discounts.

19. What is a public targeted poll?
A poll directed at a specific demographic for more focused insights.

20. Why isn’t a public targeted poll free?
Targeting specific demographics involves a service charge.

21. Can sponsored polls offer cash prizes?
Yes! Sponsored polls can reward participants based on engagement.

Entities & Organizations

22. Why can’t I register a company/organization on Anketa?

• Ensure you're an authorized person.
• Verify your email and phone with the confirmation code.
• Submit required legal documents.

23. I registered as an entity but still can’t vote or create polls.
Verification may still be in process. Please wait while we review your documents.

Results & Data Access

24. Can I view poll results in real time?
Yes, after voting.

25. Can I view detailed results?

• Creators of targeted polls can access detailed results.
• For other polls, a fee applies for both creators and voters.

Reporting Issues

26. How do I report a technical problem?
Shake your phone while using Anketa and follow the reporting steps. For non-technical issues, use the in-app reporting menu.

27. How do I report an inappropriate poll?

1. Tap ":" in the upper right corner of the poll.
2. Select "I find this harmful" and choose a reason.
3. If needed, flag it as sensitive.

28. How do I report a problematic account?

1. Go to the user’s profile.
2. Tap ":" (top right corner).
3. Choose a violation reason (e.g., spam, harassment).

Monetization & Mentions

29. How do I earn money with my polls?
High-engagement polls can be sold to interested parties, with profits shared with the creator.

30. Who can mention/tag me in their polls?
You can control this in Profile settings → Privacy → "Who can tag me." Options: Everyone / Followers / No one.
