Welcome to Anketa! 

Are you ready to poll and vote? To ensure that only real, unique individuals participate in polls, we require a quick Sign-up. 

If you're exploring the app and decided to sign up, but something didn’t go as smoothly as expected, don't worry—we're here to help. 

Note: Only users 18 and older can participate in Anketa. If you’re under 18, we’d love to hear from you in the future! 

Signing up is very easy! Launch the App: Open the Anketa mobile application on your device. Initiate Signup: Tap the "Sign Up" button located on the app's launch screen or login page


Standard Email Signup

  • Enter Email: Input your desired email address into the "Email" field.

  • Create Password: Enter your preferred password into the "Password" field.

      • Minimum of 8 characters

      • At least 1 uppercase letter

      • At least 1 number (0-9)

      • At least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, )

  • Confirm Your Password: Re-enter the password to confirm it matches the one you entere

  • Proceed to Verification: Tap the "Continue" button.

  • Email Verification: Check your email inbox for a verification link from Anketa. Tap the link to confirm your email address.

  • Mobile Number Association: Verify and associate your mobile number with your account.

  • OTP Verification: Tap "Continue," then enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number for confirmation.

  • Account Type Selection: Choose your account type: "Personal" or "Entity.

  • Profile Completion: Fill in your profile information and tap "Continue."

  • Interest Customization: Select your interests to personalize your main feed. This will prioritize polls and content relevant to your preferences.

  • Access Main Feed: Tap "Continue" to enter the main feed.

Social Media Signup:

On the signup or login page, tap the button corresponding to your preferred social media platform (e.g., "Continue with Google," "Continue with Apple”).

  • Authorize Access: Follow the on-screen authorization prompts to grant the Anketa app access to your chosen social media account.

  • Mobile Number Association: Verify and associate your mobile number with your account.

  • OTP Verification: Tap "Continue," then enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number for confirmation.

  • Account Type Selection: Choose your account type: "Personal" or "Entity."

  • Profile Completion: Fill in your profile information and tap "Continue."

  • Interest Customization: Select your interests to personalize your main feed. This will prioritize polls and content relevant to your preferences.

  • Access Main Feed: Tap "Continue" to enter the main feed.

Troubleshooting Account Creation Issues:

  • Email Already Registered: If you encounter an "Email Already Registered" error, either log in with the existing account or use a different email address.

  • Password Mismatch: If you receive a "Password Mismatch" error, ensure that the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields match exactly.

  • Invalid Email Format: If you receive an "Invalid Email Format" error, verify that your email address is correctly formatted.

  • Missing Required Fields: If you receive a "Missing Required Fields" error, complete all fields marked as mandatory.

Now, Make Anketa Yours!

Set Up Your Profile - Make your profile your own—add a profile picture, enter your name, and choose your Anketa username. The more details you provide—such as bio, gender, and location, but also marital status, income, profession—the better your chances of receiving invitations to polls that match your interests and area. Some targeted polls even offer rewards!

Tailor your feed by choosing topics we call Channels so you receive only the polls that might spark your curiosity. 

Choose the topics that matter most to you—this will shape your feed, and every poll you create, when tagged with the right channel, will add to the collective content, enriching both your experience and that of fellow Anketa users!
