Forgotten Password

If you can't remember your password, no worries! Just click on "Forgot Password." Put in the email that you use for your account. We'll send a code to reset your password to that email. Look for the code in your email, then go back to the app and type it in where it asks for it. After we check that the code is right, you'll get to make a new password. Make sure it's a good, safe one! Type it in again to confirm, and there you go! You've got a new password, and you can get back to using Anketa.

Change Password

If you know your password but you wish to change it, go to your Profile page and open the Profile settings by tapping on the wheel at the upper right corner of your profile page. Choose Personal info and then Change Password.
