How to Report a Problem

If you ever run into an issue while using ANKETA, we’ve made it simple to let us know so we can help you quickly. Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to the Command Center in your app.

  2. Scroll all the way down and click on Contact Support.

  3. You’ll see three options:

    • Report a Problem

    • Submit Feedback

    • Contact Support

To report a problem, select the Report a Problem option. From there:

  • Add a clear title for your issue.

  • Write a detailed description of what happened. The more details you can provide, the faster we can understand and fix it.

  • Enter your name, email, and username so we can reach you if we need more info.

  • Choose what kind of request this is and select the priority level.

  • Attach a file if possible—ideally, a short video showing the issue in action, since that helps us see exactly what went wrong.

Once everything is filled out, hit Submit. Our support team will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible.
